For the past year, Catholic youth of Brazil have been working to organize the Jornada Mundial da Juventude -- this year's World Youth Day, which is scheduled for mid-July in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

In my parish, ecclesial sector and region of the Archdiocese of Sao Paulo, our youth leaders have been working together to facilitate their own participation in the conference, but also to prepare the pre-conference Mission Week, which will take place in the archdiocese.
